Seeking a reliable, skilled bookkeeper to conduct and oversee all bookkeeping functions.
Responsible for billing, accounts payable/receivable, bank data entry and reconciliation, payroll, quarterly filing, data entry, greeting the public, answering phones and other clerical and support functions for the office.
Must be proficient with Quickbooks and Excel. Experience working in a law office and bilingual a plus.
